2. SP Dynamis Pro

Dynamis Pro laser is world renowned for its laser with more than 50 years of history in laser manufacturing. SP Dynamis laser system is designed to perform all major aesthetic treatments. By combining two complementary laser wavelengths, the SP Dynamis functions as a highly versatile, multi-purpose aesthetic platform that can perform an exceptionally wide range of applications in aesthetics, surgery and gynaecology. Dynamis Pro’s Nd:YAG wavelength is effective for reaching the deepest layers of the skin, while the Er:YAG wavelength is ideal for brushing away surface imperfections to reveal visually attractive, long-lasting results.

3. Discovery PICO Laser

Represents the second generation of picosecond lasers that due to its proprietary technology, is the most innovative medical laser available today in the market. It has an Nd:YAG double-wavelength laser source emitting at both 1064nm and 532 nm. Discovery pico laser 3D uses its toning mode, quasi-long pulsed mode and fractional mode to achieve skin rejuvenation.

4. Hybrid hyaluronic acid skinbooster

The first revolutionary bio-remodelling “injectable skincare” that addresses skin laxity and signs of ageing through the bio-stimulation of collagen, elastin and adipocytes (fats) stem cells that were lost through skin ageing.

5. Skinbooster

Skin Booster contains stabilised hyaluronic acid, a vital secret ingredient to smooth and glowing skin. The treatment involves giving a series of tiny injections of hyaluronic acid into the chosen area of the skin.

Hyaluronic acid is naturally found in the body and functions to maintain hydration levels in the skin. However, due to ageing and exposure to heat and pollution, the hyaluronic acid level in our skin diminishes.

6. Polynucleotide Injection

Polynucleotide Healer Injection (婴儿针) repairs and rejuvenates aging or damaged skin. Polynucleotide Healer consists of biologically active molecules which are polynucleotide (PN) that stimulates regenerative processes and reduce inflammation. Polynucleotides essentially are components of our DNA.

Step 1: Discovery Pico Toning

Pico toning using Discovery Pico Laser is unique in the market as it has highest peak power to enable the laser to shatter pigments into dust like particles and then get absorbed by the body. With its high peak power and low fluency laser, the risk of flares and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation is reduced.

Step 2: Dynamis Pro FRA3 laser

Dynamis Pro FRAC3 laser using Nd Yag to reduce inflammation and redness of the of the skin. This step is important to reduce flares and reactivation of pigments.

Step 3: Discovery Pico fractional Laser

Ageing skin is part the causes of hyperpigmentation. Discovery Pico fractional laser using “Refix” lenses causes cold ablation and laser induced optical breakdown (LIOB) to rejuvenate the skin. Cold ablation is recommended than hot ablation as pigments are sensitive to heat. LIOB causes minor tissue destruction to stimulate the healing process which creates collagen leaving the skin intact thus reduces downtime.

Step 4: Spider Vessels Laser

Ageing skin produces proliferation of spider vessels that supplies pigmentation cells. Treating melasma without addressing these spider vessels has higher risk of relapse and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Fotona spider vessels laser uses long pulsed Nd Yag laser to remove vascular lesion. It has minimal downtime and well tolerated.

Step 5: Injectables Skin Rejuvenation Products

If budget allows, it is highly recommended to consider injectable treatments such as hybrid hyaluronic acid skinbooster/polynucleotide injection/Skinboosters. It helps to rejuvenate the skin, keep the skin hydrated. This will reduces potential post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, melasma flare, prevents potential heat damage from lasers.

Step 6: Post-treatment care

We cannot emphasised enough the importance of post treatment care. At Cienna Aesthetics we tried to simplified the post-treatment care regime by introducing quality products that are easy to use. The main concepts of post-treatment care is hydration, reduce inflammation and sunscreen. We uses Endor Technologies from Spain which utilised nano molecule hyaluronic acid which are incorporated with gold. Both nano molecule and gold are excellent anti-inflammatory agent. Nano molecule hyaluronic acid provides better hydration than traditional hyaluronic acid as it can penetrate the skin easily due to its small size. We also provide Bio-cellulose mask with coconut extract to calm and hydrate the skin. Lastly, using a water gel base sunscreen that is easy to apply, non-comedogenic and moisturising such as Heliocare water gel SPF 50.
